By creating and accessing a WiseEyes account and using this application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Also, when using the services provided by this application, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. They and this agreement may be modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.
ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS APPLICATION WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION.
In order to create a WiseEyes account or use this application:
The services WiseEyes provides are done so through the use of your Facebook account. As a result, if you do sign in with your Facebook credentials, you authorize WiseEyes to access and use your Facebook account data, that you agree to provide, and information such as but not limited to your public profile, birthday, friends list, photos, and email. For more information on how your data is used, please see our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your WiseEyes login credentials secret and private, and you are responsible for any and all activities that occur on your account and under those login credentials.
WiseEyes grants you the ability to create matches between users. You do not need permission for this, but for safety and effectiveness, you can only create a match if at least one of the users involved in the match is your friend on Facebook. WiseEyes may also present you users who you may match to others. If the users you matched both like each other, they will be made aware that you created that match. You will not be responsible for any consequences or activities that may occur due to the matches you create. However, you should use good judgment and common sense when recommending users to others.
In order to provide the best in-app experience to you, we may modify the service and its features at any time. This includes but is not limited to removing features and suspending or removing the service entirely. You will be given notice to these modifications before they take effect to the best of our ability, however it will not be a requirement.
Orcacode may terminate your account and any or all of its data and information if we think you violated this agreement.
WiseEyes is designed to be fun, intuitive, and safe, however, it is not responsible for any actions of any user. Use caution and common sense when interacting with other users. Do not post or give out personally identifiable information, credit card numbers or other financial information, or home or work addresses.
ONLY YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BEHAVIOR AND INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS ON WISEEYES. WE DO NOT CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS OR OTHER CRIMINALLY INVESTIGATIVE REPORTS ON USERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WISEYES MAY CONDUCT BACKGROUND CHECKS (SUCH AS SEX OFFENDER STATUS SEARCHES) AT ANY TIME.
WiseEyes is meant to be a cool place for people to meet and connect, and we think you'll enjoy using it! That is why we think it's important for users to behave. Please be nice, use common sense, and treat others with respect. Behavior and conduct that is out of line and will not be tolerated consists of and is not limited to:
THIS LIST OF INTOLERABLE BEHAVIOR IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE. IF ORCACODE DEEMS YOUR BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT TO BE UNACCEPTABLE, WE WILL BLOCK YOU FROM USING WISEEYES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE APP.
ORCACODE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL IN NO WAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF USING OR NOT USING THIS APPLICATION SUCH AS BUT NOT LIIMITED TO DATA LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY, PSYCHOLOGICAL DISTRESS, INABILITY TO ACCESS THIS APPLICATION, INABILITY TO USE THIS APPLICATION OR ITS FEATURES, OR DAMAGES TO ANY SOFTWARE OR PHYSICAL DEVICE THIS APPLICATION RUNS ON OR INTERACTS WITH.
